This November, UK Confederation, the Association of Professional Italian Chefs in the UK and the Institute of Hospitality join forces to celebrate and award excellence in the world of hospitality. 

  • 7:00pm: Reception starts
  • 7.30pm: Official opening by the Italian Consul General followed by the organisers speeches
  • 8:00pm: Dinner
  • 8:30 - 10pm: Award ceremony
