On the 10th of November 2025, UK Confederation and the Association of Professional Italian Chefs in the UK join forces to celebrate and award excellence in the world of hospitality. 

  • 7:00 pm: Reception starts
  • 7.30 pm: Official opening by the Italian Consul General followed by the organisers speeches
  • 8:00 pm: Dinner
  • 8:30 - 10 pm: Award ceremony
